dB Acoustic Lag 100 is a high-performance acoustic lagging solution, engineered to reduce noise transmission in ductwork, piping systems, and enclosures. Designed with a Class 0 fire-rated composite structure, this flexible sound barrier provides superior noise reduction, durability, and thermal stability.

- Multi-Layer Composite Design – Features a dense mass-loaded acoustic barrier bonded to fiberglass quilt with a Class 0 aluminum foil facing, ensuring effective noise insulation and high flexibility for easy installation.
- Fire Rated to Class 0 – Fully compliant with UK Building Regulations (BS 476 Parts 6 & 7), offering excellent fire resistance and safety in industrial environments.
- Robust & Versatile – Constructed with EPR and thermoplastic polymers filled with naturally occurring minerals, the material is free from lead, bitumen, and unrefined aromatic oils, ensuring environmental safety.
- Thermal & Chemical Resistance – Operates in temperatures from -20°C to 93°C, with a low thermal conductivity (0.033 W/mK at 0°C) for enhanced thermal efficiency.
- Durable Foil Facing – The silver/yellow dual-sided aluminum foil provides additional protection against moisture, oils, and mechanical damage.
