Acoustilay 15 achieves an impact rating of 48dB L nTw and an airborne rating of 57dB D nTw +Ctr, making it suitable for meeting Part E of the UK Building Regulations for both new build and conversion projects.

Acoustilay 15 can be installed on timber joisted floors, concrete floors and screed floors. It is suitable under a wide range of floor finishes including carpet, or, hardwood, engineered wood and laminate (with the use of Acoustilay MDF 6mm).

Each sheet measures 1200mm x 1200mm (15mm thick) and covers 1.44m². To calculate how many sheets you need, divide your total floor area in m² by 1.44.
